Responsibilities
Own the month-end financial close process for insurance entities; ensure high-quality, timely outputs for leadership
Translate data from partner organizations into actionable internal financial reporting
Partner closely with the senior manager and team to automate and optimize accounting workflows
Deeply analyze and validate incoming statements; create meaningful reporting to guide business decisions
Drive process improvements and knowledge-sharing as part of a growing, versatile team
Qualification
Required
Substantial finance/accounting experience with hands-on month-end close
Experience in insurance accounting or related financial reporting environments
