Responsibilities
Join a respected critical-access hospital serving a two-state region with a strong need for primary care
You'll join a well-established clinic located within the hospital for seamless patient coordination
Outpatient-focused with light hospital rounding call; no inpatient management
Daily patient volume of 12-15 to allow for meaningful patient interactions
Robust support team and collaborative clinical culture
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with half-day Fridays
No nights or weekend clinic; rounding call shared on a low-burden basis
Protected administrative time and collegial environment
Flexible for new graduates building their panel
Qualification
Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Must be eligible for Montana licensure
Comfortable practicing in a rural, full-spectrum outpatient setting
Preferred
Open to new graduates or experienced physicians

$1,600/month housing stipend for the first year
