Responsibilities

Independently lead bispecific antibody projects, including strategic planning and defining the path toward therapeutic products
Lead from the bench by developing and optimizing binding and cell-based functional assays for hybridoma screening
Supervise, train, and manage SRAs to ensure high-quality data generation and professional growth within the team
Run complex experiments, perform rigorous troubleshooting, and analyze results to identify and characterize lead candidates
Execute and manage contract research organization (CRO) conducting hybridoma generation campaigns
Manage in vivo preclinical studies and provide hands-on support to SRA and/or technicians as needed to ensure successful outcome
Apply advanced analytical skills to overcome technical hurdles and optimize protocols for lead candidate identification
Actively collaborate within the team, contributing to other ongoing projects and sharing your expertise to foster a learning environment
Participate in and present data at internal meetings, ensuring clear documentation of all findings
Keep up-to-date with current scientific literature to help identify new targets or new strategies for existing targets

Required

Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology, oncology, or a related scientific field with 3+ years of postdoctoral or equivalent industry experience
Extensive hands-on experience with basic tissue culture of mammalian cell lines and primary cells
Proven expertise in the development and troubleshooting of cell-based functional in vitro immunoassays (e.g. ELISA, MSA)
Proficiency in the isolation and characterization of human and mouse primary immune cells
Mastery of multi-color flow cytometry is a must, alongside a deep knowledge of FACS-based phenotypic and functional characterization of immune cell populations
Proficiency with data analysis software including GraphPad Prism and Excel
Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and presentation skills
Strong critical thinking, excellent problem-solving, and meticulous documentation skills
Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment

Preferred

Experience in syngeneic and/or transgenic mouse tumor/autoimmune models is highly desirable
