Director of Partner Acquisitions
Building Blocks for Business is seeking a Director of Partner Acquisitions who will be responsible for generating new business in Worksite Voluntary Benefits. This role involves discovering, pursuing, and converting sales prospects into clients while focusing on business-to-business leads and broker relationships.

Responsibilities
Generating new business in Worksite Voluntary Benefits by discovering, pursuing, and converting sales prospects into clients
Focusing on business-to-business leads, broker relationships, and networking with strategic partners
Positioning Building Blocks’ no-cost enrollment services, HR support solutions, and Section 125 voluntary plan offerings to ensure brokers and clients receive comprehensive, value-added benefits and services
Qualification
Required
Licensure: Life & Health Insurance License required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience
Technology: Must provide a Windows-based computer, scanner, and mobile phone
Preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered
Industry Knowledge: Background in Voluntary Benefits, Supplemental Health and/or Ancillary Benefits is a plus
