Project Manager
KRG PARTNERS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects. The role involves project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and document management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality expectations.
Responsibilities
Planning and executing construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate and manage construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of activities
Support budget management, cost tracking, and contract buyout processes
Oversee document control, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Qualification
Required
2 - 8 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
Proficiency in project management software and document control processes
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Procore and Bluebeam experience required
OSHA 30hr experience and certifications
Travel required for both local and out of state projects
