Knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and audit processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or working towards it is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience working at an accounting firm is a plus
