Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance and office management services for the Director of Nursing
Perform diversified administrative and secretarial functions
Manage inquiries that come to this office when the Director of Nursing is not available
Independently compose and draft letters, memorandums, and reports for review and signature approval by the Director of Nursing
Attend all meetings and perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of office practices, techniques and technology as documented in the job application to include Microsoft Office
Demonstrated skills in drafting correspondence (reports, letters, etc.) and maintaining records and database information
Demonstrated experience working with confidential and sensitive information
