They are seeking a highly knowledgeable and strategic Banking, Treasury, & Platform Services Strategist to act as a critical link between the Enterprise function and Sales teams, providing subject matter expertise and supporting sales efforts in complex banking and treasury solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to advisor for Sales on all banking and treasury-related inquiries during the presales process
As a subject matter expert, your expertise helps Sales convert leads by providing commercial insight, building credibility with potential customers
Participate in internal deal strategy calls to assess client needs and align internal understanding of complex treasury/banking solutions
Equip Sales with tailored discovery questions to uncover deeper client requirements and risks
Translate technical and regulatory requirements into actionable insights for Sales
Help generate content and provide insights to support broader marketing initiatives
Act as a conduit between Sales and Enterprise (Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure alignment in solutions offered
Ensure sales opportunities meet internal risk, compliance, and technical viability thresholds before advancing
Flag potential deal blockers early and guide Sales on how to navigate complex regulatory or technical landscapes
Maintain deep expertise in areas such as cash management, payments, liquidity, bank connectivity, KYC/AML, sanctions, and treasury management systems (TMS)
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging risks, and changes in the regulatory environment that affect banking and treasury products
Review opportunities prior to Enterprise team engagement to assess technical and regulatory fit
Develop and maintain checklists, playbooks, and qualification frameworks for Sales to use during client discovery
Conduct regular training sessions and briefings for Sales teams on banking/treasury topics, new products, or compliance updates
Contribute to internal knowledge bases, including FAQs, discovery guides, and solution maps

Required

Ability to travel 10 - 20%
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant certification preferred)
10 + years of experience in banking, treasury, corporate finance, or financial technology roles
Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury products (e.g., liquidity, payments, FX), and compliance frameworks (e.g., AML, OFAC, SOX)
Familiarity with technical frameworks such as API integrations, file formats (ISO 20022, SWIFT), and TMS platforms
Experience working in or supporting a Sales or client-facing environment is a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory topics into practical guidance for non-experts
Highly organized with strong project management and analytical skills

Preferred

Treasury certifications (e.g., CTP, AAP) or banking credentials (e.g., CRCM, CAMS)
Experience with enterprise clients and large-scale financial solution sales cycles
Background in financial technology (fintech) or SaaS-based treasury solutions
