They are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Senior Financial Analyst – AI to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team, focusing on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to enhance financial modeling and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
AI-Driven Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain advanced financial models using AI/ML techniques to improve forecasting accuracy and scenario planning
Strategic Analysis: Provide actionable insights on business performance, cost optimization, and investment opportunities using predictive analytics
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations Finance to deliver actionable analytics, improve workflow, optimize forecasting and ROI processes
Risk Assessment: Use AI models to identify financial risks and opportunities, including market trends and operational efficiency
Data Automation & Integration: Collaborate with FP&A Manager of Financials Systems and Processes to automate data pipelines and integrate AI tools into financial systems
Performance Reporting: Design and deliver dynamic dashboards and reports using AI-enhanced visualization tools (Excel, Sigma, Adaptive)
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance FP&A capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA desirable
5+ years in financial analysis, with at least 2 years working with AI/ML tools or data analytics platforms. Proven record of enhancing reporting and forecasting processes utilizing AI
Experience with Adaptive forecasting and planning tools
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Workday Adaptive, SQL, PowerBI, Copilot, other AI tools
