Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
Build rapport and maintain a friendly, professional connection
Follow up consistently until required materials are completed
Keep clients engaged over time so they remain with the firm
Track every touchpoint carefully and close all loops
Work closely with attorneys for questions or escalations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in legal intake, client services, or team management (law firm experience preferred)
Persuasive communicator — able to build trust, ease concerns, and guide clients to take action with empathy and professionalism
Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing team members
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Skilled at evaluating processes, improving workflows, and maintaining quality control
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and CRM/case management tools (Clio Grow or similar preferred)
Professional, empathetic, and solutions-driven approach to client interactions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting performance goals
Preferred
Communications, psychology, marketing, or similar
Experience in sales, fundraising, customer success, recruiting, or outreach
Strong texting and phone skills
High personal accountability
