Responsibilities
Independently develop and manage client relationships within hospitality, lifestyle, and private service sectors
Generate new business through direct outreach, referrals, and industry relationships
Manage full-cycle executive searches, including intake, sourcing, screening, presentation, offer negotiation, and placement
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on leadership hiring, market conditions, and talent strategy
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness in all client and candidate interactions
Collaborate with SkyBridge Luxury leadership as needed while operating with full autonomy
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter, preferably within hospitality or adjacent lifestyle sectors
Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business independently
Experience recruiting senior-level and executive roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High level of self-motivation, discipline, and professionalism
Comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight
