Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Experience with custom report/dashboard creation using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics workspaces
Extensive experience in linking digital analytics tracking to business goals
Ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and site performance
Proficiency in data visualization to demonstrate value without relying on traditional sales data
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Business Practitioner Professional Certification
Background in the healthcare industry
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
