Facilities Building Management Systems / I&C Engineer
Bosch USA is a global leader in technology and engineering, and they are seeking a Facilities Engineer responsible for the Building Management System and Instrumentation & Controls. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining industrial control systems and central monitoring infrastructure for a manufacturing environment, ensuring safe and efficient facility operations.

Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee installation, startup, and testing of new automation systems. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and facilities teams for system upgrades and commissioning activities
Documentation & Standards: Write engineering standards, Scope of work documents and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards
Instrumentation & Field devices: Specify, calibrate, and integrate sensors such as PH, Flow, Temperature, etc
Networking: Understand the basics of a OT network and be able to troubleshoot issues
PLC Programming: Develop and maintain PLC logic primarily Schnieder and Emerson PLCs for high availability systems
SCADA: Maintain and develop the Ignition SCADA system. Integrate systems with complex architectures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in instrument & control system engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relative education and background with a minimum of 3 years experiences in instrument & control operation
Ability to troubleshoot low voltage controls wiring
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Schneider PLC and Ignition HMI Software
Ignition certification core/gold
