Own CAC, MER, and channel-level ROI across all growth initiatives
Manage and allocate growth budgets with clear performance accountability
Optimize and govern an existing HubSpot CRM to improve pipeline hygiene, velocity, and forecasting accuracy
Lead sales enablement and operational discipline across the sales team
Close the loop between marketing activity and closed revenue
Scale demand generation and sales systems nationally while maintaining efficiency
Lead structured growth experiments across channels, offers, and funnel mechanics
Manage content with a clear mandate to influence pipeline and support deal conversion

Required
