Responsibilities
Own and maintain end-to-end business process architecture across IT, Sales, Marketing, Data, Customer Experience, and Digital Workplace functions
Establish process standards, governance models, and documentation practices across 200+ SaaS and AI applications
Ensure process clarity, consistency, and alignment across the enterprise
Design, document, and optimize cross-functional business processes, with a strong emphasis on Lead-to-Cash, customer lifecycle, and internal service workflows
Drive process alignment across platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, Okta, and downstream operational systems
Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure processes are accurately implemented across SaaS platforms, system integrations, identity/access management layers, and automation tools
Identify and eliminate process fragmentation and manual work through standardization and automation
Partner closely with Data and Analytics teams to align business processes with enterprise reporting, controls, and governance requirements
Support integration with custom and home-grown data systems used for leadership reporting, decision-making, traceability, and audit readiness
Define and implement process maturity models, continuous improvement frameworks, and scalable operating standards
Lead change management efforts as the organization scales, including the responsible introduction of AI and automation into core workflows
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and adoption across business and technology teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Business Process Architecture, Enterprise Process Management, or Operating Model Design
Strong expertise in Lead-to-Cash and cross-functional process design
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce and modern SaaS ecosystems
Proven ability to work across business, IT, and data teams
Strong documentation, governance, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting enterprise reporting, controls, and audit requirements
Preferred
Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Okta
Background in high-growth or scaling organizations
Knowledge of BPM frameworks, maturity models, and change management practices
