Required

Knowledge of application analysis, design, programming, testing, and debugging
Knowledge of computer hardware platforms, operating systems, and middleware systems
Knowledge of database design, management, and recovery; and data access
Knowledge of principles and techniques of application and systems analysis and design
Knowledge of evaluating and selecting software and working effectively with vendors to integrate solutions
Knowledge of analyzing and resolving complex problems, including applications, and software integrations
Knowledge of working effectively with clients, peers, and support teams to define business requirements, provide support for software and applications, and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Ability to develop REST APIs in C#, Develop SQL objects including stored procedures, views, tables, other user-Defined Functions
Ability to design, develop, and deploy web APIs and MVC web applications
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical clients or stakeholders
Familiarity with records management and documentation principles and standards
Familiarity with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Accessibility
Familiarity with Information Security Principles
Familiarity with business processes, operating practices, and the organizational structure of a public-sector agency
Familiarity with database design, management, and recovery; and data access
Familiarity with application architecture and associated communication protocols
Ability to analyze and resolve application, software, and system integration issues
Ability to design, develop, test, and implement applications using programming languages, databases, middleware, and web services
Ability to evaluate, select, and integrate software solutions in collaboration with vendors and internal teams
Ability to develop and document system designs that meet defined business and technical requirements
Ability to research, recommend, and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, functionality, and user experience
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, peers, and support teams to ensure timely, high-quality results
Any four-year combination of professional experience, certification, and/or relevant coursework that demonstrates the necessary knowledge and abilities

Preferred

Familiarity with Criminal Justice or online payments, inspection scheduling applications, operations, and technology needs
