Responsibilities

Assisting the Project Administrator in daily roadway inspection

Ensuring contractor compliance alongside quality control

Performing verification inspections and testing as required

These tests and inspections include, but are not limited to: earthwork, asphalt, concrete, bridge and miscellaneous structures, toll facilities, lighting, signalization, environmental compliance, maintenance of traffic, etc

This position provides general supervision and instruction for the CEI Inspectors on the projects

Required

High school graduate or equivalent plus four (4) years of experience in construction inspection, two (2) year of which shall have been in roadway construction inspection

CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I and Level II

CTQP Drilled Shaft

CTQP Final Estimates I

FDOT Intermediate MOT

IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector

Preferred

BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution

Previous senior roadway inspection experience
