Responsibilities
Provide daily onsite IT support for laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, and manufacturing IT devices
Perform intake, triage, and resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 IT issues through ITSM tools
Resolve on-premise IT issues and respond to dispatched incidents at the site
Investigate recurring and complex IT issues and support root cause analysis
Perform physical walkthroughs of the facility for spot checks, device health, and troubleshooting
Escalate unresolved issues and Major Incidents to the Site Management Infrastructure (SMI) team
Stay current on IT service offerings, migration initiatives, and system changes impacting users
Translate technical resolutions into clear, business-friendly language for end users
Support datacenter activities including server and switch installation, decommissioning, and cabling
Maintain high levels of customer service while supporting users with varying technical skill levels
Work effectively with global, multi-cultural IT teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3–5 years of experience in IT Deskside Support and/or IT Systems Analyst roles
Mid-level experience across end-user computing, datacenter technologies, and networking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid professional judgment with ability to escalate issues appropriately
Ability to walk throughout a large manufacturing facility daily
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for datacenter server and network equipment handling
Windows 10 / Windows 11 support in an enterprise environment
Office 365 support and troubleshooting
Network diagnostics including TCP/IP, DHCP reservations, VLANs, console access, and cabling
Server configuration, iLO setup, and vulnerability remediation
Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting (Android and iOS)
Support of manufacturing facility devices such as label printers, handheld Wi-Fi scanners, and instruments
Experience with Intune and Azure Active Directory
Identity and access management including MFA setup
PC migrations, application installations, and data transfers
ServiceNow incident and request management
