Responsibilities
Supports the application and adherence to BIM standards, workflows, and quality control processes to maintain model accuracy and consistency
Assists in the implementation of BIM on assigned projects, ensuring project requirements and industry standards are met
Performs regular audits of Revit models and other BIM platforms to monitor compliance with modeling guidelines and data accuracy
Supports the testing and use of digital tools and workflows that contribute to efficient BIM delivery
Helps manage and update BIM content, such as templates, families, and libraries, in alignment with project standards
Acts as the BIM Lead on assigned small & mid-scale projects, managing model setup and day-to-day coordination tasks
Prepare and maintenance of project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ensuring stakeholder input and awareness
Participates in early design coordination and constructability reviews to support project planning and delivery
Contributes to the development and delivery of BIM-related training sessions and user guides for project teams
Supports the setup and maintenance of federated coordination models and ensures model files are correctly aligned and shared
Assists with the management of federated models and project data throughout design, construction, and handover phases
Coordinates with consultants, contractors, and fabrication teams to support accurate and timely model exchanges
Participates in interdisciplinary coordination meetings; performs clash detection and supports issue tracking using Navisworks Manage or similar platforms
Prepares and presents federated models during internal and external project meetings as needed
Supports 4D simulation tasks and the integration of model data with project scheduling tools
Performs quantity take-offs and extraction of data using the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Works with project teams to align BIM efforts with construction, design, and client requirements
Assists in ensuring that project BIM deliverables comply with internal and client digital delivery standards
Supports secure management of digital project data and follows established data governance protocols
Assists with the administration of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including user access, folder structure setup, and coordination workflows
Qualification
Required
AS or BS degree and/or commensurate experience required
10+ years of previous consulting or facilities work experience required. 15+ years of experience for promotion to T6/P5
MUST be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Advanced proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Plant 3D
Preferred
Experience with scripting tools such as Dynamo and Python for task automation and workflow efficiency a plus
