Greeting guests professionally and managing waitlists and reservations

Coordinating seating flow to balance server sections and kitchen capacity

Using reservation and POS systems such as OpenTable, Resy, or Toast

Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and basic issue resolution

Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area
