Responsibilities
Review and analyze claim documents to assess case details
Draft well-reasoned responses to complex written inquiries from claimants and attorneys
Provide thorough and professional guidance to claimants and legal counsel via phone
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality in all communications and casework
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign equivalent considered)
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and client service mindset
Preferred
Prior experience in class action or mass tort litigation is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and Smartsheets preferred
