Responsibilities

Partner with Data Analytics on platform performance reports and dashboards to track against program KPIs
Support data infrastructure integration by tracking and documenting detailed decisions and action items, and promptly follow up and hold responsible owners accountable to agreed-upon deadlines
Support product requirement definition, documentation and communication to ensure alignment across teams
Support product development through on-ground and inflight testing (may include domestic and/or international travel) while also identifying and triaging pre-production and post-production issues through resolution
Serve as support staff for the IFE program including deliverable tracking, general project management, and cross-functional communication with internal teams and external partners

Required

Must be a current undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field graduating between Fall 2026 through Spring 2028
Familiarity with data visualization tools, documentation platforms, or wireframing tools is a plus
Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel and participate in in-flight testing activities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
