Responsibilities
Create schematic design concepts, including mood boards, color palettes, and material selections, that reflect the unique preferences and lifestyles of our clients
Identify and source high-quality finishes, fixtures, lighting, and appliances that align with the project’s aesthetic and budget
Partner with clients and Project Managers during site visits to ensure design intent is carried through from concept to construction
Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations, including 2D and 3D visuals, to effectively communicate ideas to clients
Liaise with sales representatives and vendors to secure the best materials and services for our projects, ensuring all project requirements are met
Produce detailed technical drawings and comprehensive documentation of project specifications to guide the construction team
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture, with a focus on high-end residential projects
Proficiency in Revit is a must
Demonstrated ability to generate innovative design solutions and effectively communicate them to clients and team members
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship building
