Responsibilities
Reports to the Director of Accounting in the management of the District Funds and the timely and accurate payment of invoices for goods and services procured by the District
Requires a strong working knowledge in the utilization of automated accounting systems with a commensurate ability to supervise staff in its use
Acts in a supporting capacity to the Director of Accounting and assumes managerial responsibilities in their absence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or related field
Five (5) years of experience in accounting or accounts payable related positions required
Preferred
Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred
Public school experience preferred
