Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a premium experience aligned with Corient's brand
Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally
Operate visitor management systems and maintain accurate logs
Support meeting room AV setup and basic IT troubleshooting
Partner with Office Manager and building management to facilitate routine deliveries and office access needs
Provide support for office events and employee onboarding activities, in partnership with the Office Manager and Workplace Team
Maintain reception and common areas to hospitality standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with visitor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle AV setup and basic IT troubleshooting
Professional appearance and attention to detail
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
