Career Development Center Office Student Assistant

The University of St. Thomas is seeking outgoing and energetic students to assist with the daily operations of the Career Development Center office during the summer. This position serves as the first point of contact for the office, requiring a high level of customer service and support for department-sponsored events and projects.

Answer multiple department phone lines
Greet all guests and provide a warm welcome
Assist with daily administrative tasks
Provide campus wayfinding directions
Assist employers and recruiters, as needed
Participate in campus events, as needed

Ability to work 12-15 hours per week starting at 8:00 am during this spring
Successful completion of university background check
To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels
Students must be actively enrolled at least part-time in courses for credit
