Responsibilities
Assist with real Precision Ag projects that support customers and dealership operations
Support data management tasks such as setup, organization, and seasonal data workflows
Participate in field support activities including equipment setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting
Shadow and assist Precision Ag Specialists, Sales, and Agronomy-related roles
Participate in internal and external training related to Precision Ag technology and agronomic practices
Assist with customer clinics, demonstrations, and promotional or educational events
Maintain a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and customer service
Quote and sell precision ag components and upgrades
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Agriculture, Precision Ag, Agronomy, Ag Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field
Strong interest in precision agriculture, technology, and modern farming practices
Ability to learn new systems, tools, and technology quickly
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel between Gooseneck Implement locations, including occasional overnight stays
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving authorization check
