Responsibilities
Lead team personnel, STO operations and reporting activities
Manage Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM)
Prepare briefings, reports and other relevant products for informational and decision purposes
Assess procedures and capabilities and provide Acquisition offices feedback regarding customer requirements expectations and/or shortfalls of relevant systems
Deconflict offensive planning activities with national space-mission operations centers
Support system integration, automation & machine learning, and exercise efforts as required
Identify any system or intelligence gaps and assumptions that may pose a risk to mission success and report, manage and mitigate those risks
Work full-time on-site at a government facility in Springfield, VA
Qualification
Required
12+ years' combined experience working in space defense operations and Special Technical Operations (STO) with bachelor's degree in related field; 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
2+ years of project management or experience leading space operations or planning teams
2+ years assigned at relevant Intelligence Community (IC) organizations conducting space ops
Active TS/SCI with adjudicated CI Poly
Preferred
Experience facilitating connections between Joint Staff, senior director offices, and leadership across customer enterprise
Experience working with secure databases, managing controlled classified materials (i.e. ACCM)
Experience building checklists, procedures and exercise scenarios
SME knowledge of foreign/domestic space & ground threat capabilities and space surveillance networks with prior experience in tasking space surveillance resources
Understanding of international space policy and rules governing conduct of space-faring nations
