Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of specialty finance products and fund launches, coordinating across internal teams and external service providers
Partner with stakeholders to identify onboarding requirements and design optimal support models
Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring milestones, timelines, and risks are clearly defined and executed
Standardize onboarding processes by creating documentation, workflows, and operating models to support scalability
Prepare reports and deliver presentations to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the onboarding lifecycle
Ensure timely account openings and operational readiness for new funds and deals

Qualification

Required

7+ years in financial services operations, with hands-on experience in specialty finance, private loans, or private credit
Proven expertise in project management and process improvement
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable driving change

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) or equivalent experience
Experience with Visio, Miro, and Monday.com is a plus
