Responsibilities

Accurately enter and maintain high-volume financial and operational data into company systems and databases
Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and secure courier packages for the retail network
Perform treasury duties for retail locations, including counting cash, preparing bank deposits, and reconciling daily cash reports in accordance with company procedures
File, scan, and organize paperwork (invoices, deposit slips, receipts, vendor forms) to maintain orderly physical and digital records
Reconcile transaction entries and assist with accounts payable / receivable adjustments as directed
Maintain and update logs, checklists, and documentation to support audits and internal controls
Support the Controller’s team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and departmental projects that promote operational progression
Work with store managers and finance staff to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
Adhere to all company security, cash-handling, and compliance procedures at all times

Required

1+ years of data entry or administrative experience; prior cash-handling or treasury experience strongly preferred
Experience with accounting/entry software such as QuickBooks, POS systems, or equivalent
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters) and strong comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
High attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to reconciliation and recordkeeping
Trustworthy, discrete, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information
Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in Arizona
Ability to obtain and maintain state cannabis credentials where applicable
Ability to pass background checks and any role-appropriate security screenings
Comfortable working in a standard office environment with occasional exposure to cannabis products and plant material
Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs occasionally (mail/packages and deposit bags)
Monday–Friday schedule; onsite role based in Tempe, AZ

Preferred

Prior cash-handling or treasury experience strongly preferred
Experience in retail, multi-location, or multi-entity operations is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with retail and finance teams
