Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of a wafer fabrication process including tool selection and process definition
Assist with the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment
Process setup and technician and operator training
Use data to make intelligent improvements to overall fabrication process
Understand all aspects of the process performed including the interaction of the process to other fab processing
Enable accurate product dispositions of non-conforming products
Interact with equipment suppliers and gain cooperation of others
Present technical information concerning specific projects/schedules
Responsible for engineering process optimization efforts to achieve fab cost cycle time goals and equipment/process capability
Interface with various modules, yield, product and integration teams to resolve issues that limit yield performance
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing Bachelors degree in areas such as Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related engineering degree
Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred
Strong materials background in metal and/or dielectrics
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results, influential relationships
Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
