Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and delegate landscaping tasks to your team of 2-3 crew members
Maintain efficient communication with everyone that you work with, allowing you to champion an extraordinary level of customer service
Prioritize quality and safety in all you do to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our landscaping services
Qualification
Required
Ability to run landscaping equipment, which includes but is not limited to mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and chainsaws
Ability to follow instructions and work as a team player
Preferred
2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience
Ability to drive a truck and trailer setup
