Responsibilities
Performs floor stripping and extraction projects
Capable of pushing and pulling a maid cart, linen cart, or various equipment on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
Carpet cleaning
Ensure that work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manner
Report to the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Services and/or Administrator
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience operating floor care machines is required for this role, along with great customer service skills
Must be 18 years or older
A drug screen will be required
Great attendance is required
Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families, and to work cooperatively with other associates
Preferred
Nursing Home cleaning experience preferred
