Manage and grow a defined sales territory with complete ownership of revenue and margin results
Call on electrical distributors and partner agencies to drive incremental growth
Develop opportunities for whole-building projects in both new construction and renovation sectors
Identify leads, advance the sales pipeline, and close business across the public and private sectors
Engage diverse stakeholders, from executive decision-makers to on-site personnel, while positioning value-driven lighting solutions that satisfy complex project requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Three to five years of proven B2B sales experience
Demonstrated track record of prospecting and managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to engage diverse stakeholders, from executive decision-makers to on-site personnel
Self-motivated professional who can gather actionable market intelligence
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining high levels of field autonomy within the Dallas-Fort Worth market
