Contract Sales Representative
AccessWave is a leading HVAC/Refrigeration service provider, and they are seeking a Contract Sales Representative to partner with customers and design customized service agreements. Responsibilities
Identify, target, and develop new commercial accounts within assigned markets
Build and manage relationships with all levels of customer buying influences
Assess customer equipment type, age, condition, and maintenance needs
Develop, present, and close tailored scope-of-work proposals and service contracts
Drive double-digit market share growth through disciplined sales execution
Ensure smooth contract implementation and transition accounts out of active sales involvement approximately 90 days post-implementation
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly new-contract revenue targets

Demonstrated track record of achievement with a strong competitive drive
