Responsibilities
Own company-wide Quality Strategy, QMS, and ISO 9001 leadership
Lead audits across ISO, FSC, customer compliance, and regulatory standards
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, and defect-reduction initiatives
Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and process optimization goals
Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Clients
Champion root cause problem-solving and scalable continuous improvement
Build a quality-first mindset across print, packaging, logistics, and production
Qualification
Required
10+ years leading quality programs and cross-functional teams in fast-paced, lean manufacturing environments
Built, transformed, or scaled ISO 9001 and audit programs
Brings Lean, Six Sigma, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, and data-driven quality improvement
Leads with credibility on the floor and influence in the boardroom
Is energized by fast-paced production, tight tolerances, and high expectations
Wants to build a legacy of excellence in a growing global operation
Preferred
Print and packaging manufacturing experience is a plus
ASQ certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, CQA, CSSBB) a plus
