Responsibilities
Accurately pick and palletize orders according to established guidelines
Follow customer specific guidelines for palletizing orders
Apply all required labeling to meet customer requirements
Pick/label product destined for international customers according to regulatory requirements
Operate Powered Industrial Trucks in a safe and efficient manner
Complete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Cross train in other departments as needed and flex to other functions as assigned
Assist with warehouse cleaning and maintenance
Perform additional duties as required by management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training
Strong knowledge base of warehouse operations
Ability to take both written and oral communication and complete tasks as communicated
Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-directed, with ability to prioritize assigned tasks
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Comfortably engaging peers and management in a professional and helpful manner
Desire to increase knowledge and grow with the organization
Consistently seeking to improve efficiency and quality of warehouse operations
Excellent organizational skills required
Preferred
Experience working in domestic and international shipping a plus
