Responsibilities
Manage full employment cycle, hiring/terminating of employees, employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and assist with HR compliance, E-Verify, Background Checks, payroll adjustments and questions, open enrollment, progressive disciplinary actions and employee relations, and ensuring regular maintenance and enforcement of company policies and procedures
Oversee facility maintenance, manage vendor relationships, ensure health and safety compliance, and handle various inventory/supplies such as building keys/security codes/tagged assets
Assist with marketing events, promotional materials coordination, and internal communications to support branding initiatives, social media and website management, Salesforce data input and analysis, and company announcements
Work with the Management team to review and improve internal processes for efficiency, manage daily logistics, and create operational reports
Coordinate company events, provide clerical support, and act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Driver's License - Valid state driver's license Required Upon Hire
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
SHRM- CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred
1-3 years with proven experience as an operations coordinator, HR coordinator, or similar administrative role
