Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication plans and content tailored to physician, APP, and nursing and other internal audiences
Serve as a communications resource and consultant to clinical leaders, advisory groups, and shared leadership councils
Manage and update content for internal digital platforms and newsletters, ensuring timely, relevant, and accessible information for clinical audiences
Support recognition and engagement programs, storytelling initiatives, and professional development communications for clinical staff
Track and report on communication effectiveness using available analytics and feedback mechanisms
Collaborate closely with colleagues in communications, clinical leadership, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging
Demonstrate strong relationship-building, project management, and digital content skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and organizational needs
You will create and develop content for a wide variety of communication vehicles, including memos, scripts, articles, reports, newsletters and presentations
You will serve as an internal communication resource in support of to internal patients and initiatives across the system
You will develop communication plans including audiences, key messages, mediums, timelines and deliverables
You will participate in workgroups and committees as appropriate
You will prepare materials and oversees production and distribution
You will support long-term projects and organization-wide initiatives as a project team member
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism or related field of study
Minimum seven (7) years of experience producing, planning, writing and editing communication content and materials
Experience working with key stakeholders to support communication needs
Preferred
Minimum one (1) year of experience working in the health care field preferred
Internal communications experience preferred
