Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Student functionality, configuration, and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions, Advising, Records) to analyze business needs and implement system solutions
Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Student updates and releases
Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support for end-users
Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, system configurations, and user guides
Design and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday tools
Participate in project planning, development, and post-go-live support of Workday Student initiatives
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity through audits and proactive maintenance
Develop appropriate communication with user community to ensure transfer of operational, procedural, and policy information
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of four years of experience in a higher education setting
Workday configuration experience in at least two Student departments including Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions, Advising, and Records
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with critical deadlines and changing priorities
Preferred
Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience with Workday Student including business process configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Workday Finance, Student, Reports and Integrations
Ability to work independently as well as lead teams
Ability to think clearly and accurately resolve processing problems under pressure
Strong project management skills
