Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians during pole inspection projects
Carry and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed on site
Record and organize inspection data under supervision
Mark poles, attach identification tags, and perform basic ground-level tasks
Ensure the worksite remains clean, safe, and organized
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and traffic/work zone protocols
Support the crew by performing general labor and helper duties as assigned
Maintain a professional attitude with coworkers, supervisors, and the public
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior industry or industry adjacent experience required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
Physically able to walk long distances, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
