Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting
Own manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
Oversee inventory valuation and controls (raw, WIP, finished goods)
Support budgeting, forecasting, and lender reporting
Maintain internal controls and support audits
Lead and develop a small accounting team (3–4 direct reports)
Qualification
Required
CPA required
7+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
Deep cost accounting and inventory background
Prior people management experience
Strong Excel skills and manufacturing ERP experience
Preferred
PE-backed company experience preferred
