Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage small-scale maintenance and incremental upgrade projects from identification through completion
Serve as the primary liaison between maintenance technicians and internal HVAC or engineering teams
Track recommendations and assigned work to ensure ownership remains clear and progress continues
Coordinate ordering of materials, parts, and supplies
Schedule and align labor and installation activities across teams
Follow up on open items to drive timely project closure
Maintain visibility into multiple small workstreams and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Support execution of recommended fixes to reduce repeat maintenance issues

Required

Strong project coordination, organization, and follow-up skills
Experience managing multiple small workstreams simultaneously
Ability to drive accountability across technicians and internal teams
Comfortable in an administrative, follow-up-heavy “mini project management” role

Preferred

Exposure to HVAC, building systems, or facilities environments preferred
Facilities, maintenance, or engineering environment experience is a plus
