Responsibilities
Booth Operations: Supervise load-in, set up, and dismantle (strike) the booth
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule booth personnel, ensuring they understand product demonstrations and lead qualification techniques
Lead Generation & Engagement: Proactively engage visitors, demonstrate products, and collect contact information to convert attendees into clients
Inventory & Logistics: Manage, inventory, and secure promotional materials, samples, and equipment
Communication: Act as the liaison between booth staff, event organizers, and company management to report on event status
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a leadership / supervisory role
Must be willing to commute to San Bernadino for 3/27 + 3/28
