Meridian Technologies is seeking an Administrative Specialist III - Transaction Coordinator to manage data entry and quality control of land rights documents. The role involves supporting Quality Assurance/Quality Control initiatives and may include other special projects related to data management.

Responsibilities

The position is responsible for data entry and quality control of client’s land rights and associated documents (deeds, easements, permits, etc.) into our land inventory system(s) of record, including tabular databases and GIS tools
This position may also support Quality Assurance/Quality Control and data clean-up initiatives, and may also be asked to support invoicing data entry or other special projects

Required

High School Diploma and 4 years of professional data entry/data management or analytics experience, or
Associate's Degree and 2 years of professional data entry/data management or analytics experience, or
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of professional data entry/data management or analytics experience

Preferred

Familiarity with Data Management best practices
Experience or knowledge of GIS tools is a major plus
Familiarity with Real Estate terminology and Land Rights / Easements
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications
Excellent organization, data accuracy, attention to detail and time management and work management skills
Reading comprehension, critical thinking, and active listening skills
Proven self-motivated and possessing a strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of Electric Distribution and Transmission systems, Operations and Construction
