Responsibilities
Organize, scan, and maintain employee records to support accurate HR documentation
Assist with updating and managing electronic files as we continue modernizing our systems
Provide general administrative support across the HR team within a large, family‑owned organization
Help coordinate elements of the summer internship program, including communication and logistics
Contribute to small HR projects that support ongoing growth and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited university or college required
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team and work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Preferred
Completion of sophomore year and junior year standing preferred
A minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
