Responsibilities

Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and similar tools
Convert instructional design documents into visually compelling, engaging content
Create scenario-based activities, simulations, and assessments aligned with adult learning principles
Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and adheres to brand guidelines
Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to iterate and improve deliverables
Manage version control and maintain documentation for all eLearning assets

Required

Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and other eLearning platforms

Strong storytelling ability to make learning engaging and relatable
Innovative and creative approach to digital learning design
Ability to design fun, visually appealing, and interactive experiences
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and workflows
Agile and comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Prompt-writing capability for AI-driven (Co-Pilot preferred) content development
