Merchant Services Sales Representative

All In Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merchant Services Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts within the merchant services industry, with a strong focus on B2B sales and strategic territory management.

Responsibilities

Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new merchant clients across assigned territories
Manage and grow existing accounts through effective relationship management and upselling strategies
Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market penetration
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively position solutions in the marketplace

Required

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to conduct compelling product demos and upselling strategies
Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships

Preferred

Experience in retail sales or financial services is a plus but not required
