Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policy
Perform thorough and accurate multi point inspections
Complete test drives of vehicles as necessary
Provide superior customer satisfaction
Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records
Clean and maintain work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
Computerized transactions and record keeping
Follow all Company procedures and standards
Perform all duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Basic vehicle knowledge
Basic tool set
6 months to 1-year automotive experience
Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
Strong time management skills
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
Lifting of heavy items of up to 75 pounds
Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
