The Coordinator, English Language Arts/English Language Development (ELA/ELD) is responsible for supporting districts and educators in implementing high-quality instruction, designing professional learning, and improving literacy outcomes for all students.

Responsibilities
Supports districts, schools, and educators in implementing high-quality English Language Arts and English Language Development instruction
Designs, organizes, and delivers professional learning, coaching, and technical assistance to improve literacy outcomes for all students, including English learners and at-risk populations
Qualification
Required
Must possess a valid California driver's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles
Must possess a California Multiple Subject teaching credential or a California Single Subject in English
Must possess an English Learner authorization equivalent to a CLAD
Must possess a valid California Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for a California Administrative Services Credential
Certification (California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential or a California Single Subject in English.)

Benefits
Annual Stipends: Doctorate: 4% of Annual Base Salary, MA/MS: $1,500, Bilingual: $500.
